first look at the face

brushing away the shell bits - lots of work yet to be done to clean the surface but it's a beautiful pour

revealing the second panel - a near perfect pour

Next the bronzes will be cleaned of remaining shell. The channels, pins and sprues will be ground off, and imperfections welded. Mounting bolts will be brazed on and tapped. Warping will hammered out and the surface sandblasted to a pristine finish. When all 8 panels are finished they will be patinaed.
